Neff stands behind all of its products. If your product has a workmanship or material flaw please provide a photo of your item and proof of purchase.

Some Neff products have specific written guarantees and/or warranties. For questions regarding your warranty please email us at support@neffheadwear.com

*Our warranty does not include normal wear and tear to a product.
