Looking to exchange your item for a different style, size, or color? No problem!

1. Place an order via neffheadwear.com to replace the item(s) you plan to exchange.

2. Once your order has been placed, please email support@neffheadwear.com immediately with your order number informing us of what you will be returning for this order.

In-stock merchandise will be shipped within approximately 24-48 hours. Once your email regarding your exchange is received you will be refunded for ground shipping and handling for your replacement order.

We will charge your credit card for the new merchandise and refund your credit card for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.

Please provide a return tracking number if possible to Support@neffheadwear.com. Neff is not responsible for any lost shipments.

Returns can take up to 10-14 days to process.

*Items purchased outside of neffheadwear.com only qualify for an exchange of equal or more value. Please see below information regarding exchanges. We do offer store credit.
